Size:
Generally,the carry bag's size is based on the size of the swathe.The standard size includes 3mo,quarto and folio.Each size can be divided into two patterns ,one for 787*1092,the other for 850*1168. Sizes consist of length *width *height.Please consult attached drawing for more details.
Paper:
The paper used for carry bag usually adopts 157gsm or 200gsm art paper.Sometimes, 300gsm art paper or more than 300gsm cardboard would be more suitable for heavier swathe,then covered by film outside.In addition,white craft paper is more and more widely used in carry bags making with its tough and environmental traits. Generally ,120gsm or 140gsm craft paper with white or yellow colour would be fitter. Oil-impregnate procedure must be done to avoid smeary after printing.
Processing Technic:
Lamination and rope stringing should be done to the bag after printing. Strings can be divided into three types,
Nylon, cotton, and paper strings. Usually, there needs rivet at the perforation to reinforce.
